High Output Ethics

“There Is No Such Thing As Business Ethics; There Are Only Ethics” -John C Maxwell

We cannot hold a double standard with situational specific behavior. Ethics is ethics in all circumstances. In choosing our code of ethics, we found The 10 Commandments to be complete in guiding our behavior.

As unconventional as it may be, we choose to apply this code and remain convinced that we have more to gain by policing our behavior according to our beliefs than in attempting political correctness. Ethical behavior is good for business.

God instructed us with these words, we choose to obey:

  • We will not have any other gods besides Him.
  • We will not make for ourselves idols or statues of any kind and we will not worship or bow down to them.
  • We will not misuse or carelessly use the name of the LORD our God.
  • We will observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the LORD our God has commanded us. Six days we shall labor and do all our work, but the seventh day is a day of praise and worship to the LORD our God.
  • We will honor our fathers and our mothers, as the LORD our God has commanded.
  • We will not murder.
  • We will not commit adultery.
  • We will not steal.
  • We will not lie or give false testimony against our neighbor.
  • We will not covet our neighbor’s house, our neighbor’s wife, male or female servant, his tools, car, boat or anything else that belongs to our neighbor. We will not envy nor be ruled by greed.
