Howard Olsen - Bio

Passionate, Engaging and Energetic;  A Uniquely Qualified Speaker and Sales Trainer.

Howard Olsen knows a thing or two about selling.   Not just a speaker and a trainer, Howard is a proven sales champion who’s also played the coach and mentor role the entirety of a career that has spanned two decades.   He’s a dynamic and engaging speaker who’s been up the corporate ladder and around the world.  Today, he motivates his audiences not through empty hype but with personally proven actions that generate sustained results quickly.

As President and CEO of High Output Training Systems, Howard  is one of North America’s leading authorities in the field of peak sales performance.  He is a thought leader who has made a life’s study in both the art and the science of generating exceptional results.  By the age of 28 he was based in Hong Kong as Global Key Account Manager with a multi-national billion dollar transport & logistics firm responsible for the Fortune 500 Hi-Tech sector.  He’s a consummate entrepreneur and is one of the most creative, high impact business consultants and trainers in the market today.   Howard’s unique gift lies in his ability to translate the seemingly complex into a simple process that can be easily learned and immediately applied.

With a closing ratio in the 90% range and the experience of having worked in over 20 countries,  Howard still contends that 75 % of sales success is directly related to our ability to build trust and rapport.  He is impassioned about raising the bar of professionalism in others and using his experience to give people practical roadmaps to increased success.  He is the “How To” sales  authority.

Traveling with his wife Michaela and riding his Harley with dog Stanley on the back, are favorite pastimes, both of which provide relief from the pressures of a demanding speaking and training schedule.
