Howard Olsen and High Output Training Systems are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.

Can I visit anonymously?

We’ve structured our sites so that, in general, you can visit us on the web anonymously without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Your Internet address (IP address: the address of your computer) is logged to help us learn which parts of the web site you visit, and how long you spend on the individual pages. However, High Output Training Systems does not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information. Your browser automatically informs us of its name and version number; but again, no personal information is ever gathered.

Limited Information Gathering

Like most commercial web sites, High Output Training Systems uses cookies so we can better serve you with tailored information when you return. Cookies are small text identifiers sent to your computer to facilitate your subsequent visits. High Output Training Systems uses the information collected with cookies to track site use and improve our service to you and other visitors. Again, High Output Training Systems does not use cookies to gather personal information about you. Rest assured our cookies may not taste good, but they are perfectly safe.

When do we collect personal information?

We only collect personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, hobby or activity information, demographic information, and the like, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. Visitors may choose to submit personal information to enter contests, to obtain information or submit a comment, to place an order, or to take part in our Coach’s Corner newsletters. Children under the age of 18 are advised to get parental permission before placing orders on our website.

What do we do with the information?

Howard Olsen and High Output Training Systems uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate with you, and to update you on service offerings and benefits. Your credit card numbers, if supplied, are used only for payment processing, fraud protection, and are not retained by us for any other purposes.   From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research, provide you with information we think would be of particular interest. We will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing research contact.

Who do we share your information with?

Howard Olsen and High Output Training Systems, will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless with your permission or are required by law, we will only use your information internally or as described in “What do we do with the information?”

Is credit card / transaction information secure?

We care about the safety and security of your transactions. We use SSL Certificates (Secure Sockets Layer) to communicate with your browser software when you order from us online. SSL is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept your credit card / transaction and order information that you send to us. Otherwise the transmission of information to and from us is not encrypted or secure.

What about links to other sites?

We may offer links to other sites, and try to link only with sites that share our values. Nevertheless, we are not responsible for the content or information collection policies of other sites. If you visit another site, you should review their privacy and other policies.

Anything else I should know?

High Output Training Systems takes all appropriate and reasonable steps to protect all information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. We reserve the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

We never spam and hate spam just as much as you. Period!
