Professional Background

Howard began his professional journey at Danzas / DHL as Territory Account Manager in Toronto where he became North America's Top Producing Rep in under 2 years.  That earned him the invitation to Hong Kong as North America Key Account Manager where he spearheaded 300% growth in his first and 2nd year.  From there he was recruited to Kuehne & Nagel (Asia Pacific) as Global Account Director responsible for the Fortune 500 High Tech Sector.  With 450 Million in personal sales to companies like HP, Boeing, Airbus, Motorola and others, while leading a global sales team, Howard discovered that he was just as good at coaching sales as he was making them.  Today he leverages those global sales achievements to model the way  for others.
